Oxford University Press Pakistan has a great series of graphic stories on the lives of famous Pakistanis for children, including Edhi, Faiz, and Noor Jehan. I was delighted when they asked me to write a biography of the wonderful Dr Adib Rizvi of the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT). His inspirational story and his dedication to humanity make him an ideal candidate for this series. The book, illustrated by the amazing Aftab Zafar, recently came out and will also be followed by an Urdu edition so that it is available to a wider readership.
